Sue completed her first Zumba® Fitness workshop in 2007 and has been teaching classes ever since. Sue has trained with Zumba® Fitness creator, Beto Perez, and with other Zumba Education Specialists, Tanya Beardsley, Kelly Bullard, and Jani Roberts. Her training includes both the basic steps (salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton), as well as flamenco, samba, tango and belly dance. In addition to Zumba® Fitness classes, Sue teaches Zumba® Toning, in which students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones.Sue enjoys introducing people to the hot Latin and international rhythms and dance moves of Zumba® Fitness, and keeping classes fresh and updated with new routines and music.

Sarah is excited to bring her fresh take on Zumba to Body Zone Fitness! She has been a dancer all of her life and loves combining her love of Latin, Caribbean, hip-hop, and pop rhythms to a fun fitness workout, guaranteed to make you sweat without noticing it! She also teaches at the Binghamton University Gym, as well as having taught large events in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Puerto Rico, and Nicaragua! She wholeheartedly believes of the Zumba philosophy that Zumba is all about what you can do for yourself today. She enjoys pushing people to their limits and helping people attain their personal goals.
